Please be aware of the following (the fine print):

• Completing this form does not confirm, nor guarantee participation in your event.
• Breaking news and weather may require Lane to report to work with little notice. Every effort will be made to communicate the possibility of a cancellation as early as possible. While this is a rare occurrence, please have an alternate plan in place.
• For events requesting Lane as a master of ceremonies/ event host, a finalized script is required to be submitted 48 hours prior to the event. If a script is not received by this deadline, Lane reserves the right to withdraw participation.
