WATCH: Wisconsin’s State Capitol, a monument on the isthmus

Wisconsin’s State Capitol in Madison was built between 1906 and 1917 at a cost of $7.25 million and was designed by George B. Post & Sons. The interior features 43 varieties of stone from around the world. Its dome is the only granite dome in the United States.
