WATCH: Cameras capture typhoon’s wind, rain amid high rises

I streamed the view from a 30-story high rise as Typhoon Mangkhut brushed Hong Kong on Sunday, September 16, 2018. Here’s a look toward Victoria Harbor from the city’s Lan Kwai Fong district.

My hotel swayed in the strong winds throughout the day. At several points, the movements reminded me of previous experiences on a cruise ship in high seas. The horizontal movement was easily noticed as the blinds over windows moved with the building.
